4. Payments and Fees

4.1 Pricing

• Cargo weight and dimensions

• Payment is due upon booking unless credit terms are established
• We accept major credit cards through Stripe

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Limited Liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

• Maximum liability: $50,000 per shipment unless additional insurance is purchased
• We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.)
• We are not liable for improper packaging by the shipper

• Declared value coverage (additional cost)

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup
• 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours of pickup
• Full charge if truck is already dispatched
• No refunds for completed shipments

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Service fees may be non-refundable.
